These Terms set out the rules for accessing and playing Gartic Rush. When using the game, you must comply with these rules and applicable law.

Gartic Rush is a game developed by Onrizon Social Games.

To play, choose a nickname and an avatar. Create a room or join an existing one using its code. Do not include personal information in your nickname.

Games involve drawing and guessing. Scores are used solely for in-game competition, have no monetary value, and do not entitle you to prizes.

You need a device, a web browser, and an internet connection. Share the room code only with friends and people you know. The content of a game can be seen by the other participants.

Gartic Rush is not recommended for anyone under 18. Any access and interaction restrictions required by law must be observed.

Parents and legal guardians must advise children and teenagers not to disclose personal information and supervise their interactions.

You must not attempt to obtain private information about children or teenagers, contact them for abusive purposes, or exploit their vulnerability.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Gartic Rush and play in accordance with these Terms. Rights to the game's name, trademarks, code, interface, characters, and other materials belong to Onrizon or their respective owners.

You may not copy or redistribute the game, commercialize its materials, remove authorship notices, create copies of the service, or use our trademarks to imply an official relationship without permission. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

You must not:

• harass, threaten, humiliate, stalk, or discriminate against others;
• recreate illegal or racist content, content involving sexual exploitation or the abuse of children or teenagers, or content that encourages violence or self-harm;
• disclose others' personal data without a legitimate basis, commit fraud, or impersonate another person or a member of the game team;
• send spam and unauthorized advertising;
• use bots, abusive automation, cheats, or exploits to manipulate games, results, or the operation of the service;
• break into systems, attempt to access data without authorization, overload servers, or bypass security measures and lawfully imposed restrictions.

These rules also apply to nicknames, drawings, and other forms of interaction available in the game. The competitive nature of the game does not justify insults or abuse.

Gartic Rush was designed to be played with friends and people you know and does not offer public rooms. You need a room code to join. Sharing this code publicly allows strangers to join. Only invite people you know and only join rooms hosted by people you know.

Data processing is described in the Gartic Rush Privacy Policy. The absence of registration does not prevent the processing of information needed for gameplay, connectivity, or usage statistics.

Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to optional cookies, analytics requiring consent, or personalized advertising. Where necessary, you will be asked to make these choices separately.

Gartic Rush displays advertisements, which may be served by Onrizon or its advertising partners. Advertisements are identified as commercial content and must comply with applicable law, including rules protecting children and teenagers.

Data processing for advertising purposes, including through cookies or similar technologies, is described in the Gartic Rush Privacy Policy. Where necessary, consent is requested separately before these technologies are activated. Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to personalized advertising.

Advertisements and links may direct you to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Displaying advertising does not mean that Onrizon endorses or guarantees the advertisers' products, services, or claims. This does not exclude any responsibilities imposed on Onrizon by law.

You may publish videos and livestream your own games, including through platform monetization, advertising, or sponsorship, provided that you respect the rights of other participants and third parties, identify the game as Gartic Rush, and include the official link where the format allows.

Do not present your content, channel, or sponsor as officially endorsed by Onrizon without permission. This permission does not include reselling the game, licensing its trademarks, distributing its files, or using unlawful content. Permission may be restricted if these conditions are not met, subject to applicable law.

The game may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, or external factors. Onrizon may fix bugs, change features, or discontinue features, with advance notice where required by law and whenever feasible.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, recovery of interrupted games, or permanent storage of drawings and results. Any failures will be addressed in light of the circumstances and the rights provided by law.

Each participant is responsible for their own actions. Onrizon is responsible for its obligations and for any harm attributable to it under applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the game, legal requirements, or operational adjustments. The current version will be available on the website with its last updated date. Material changes will be communicated clearly, with advance notice where required and renewed acceptance where necessary.

You may stop using the game at any time. Changes to these Terms do not replace privacy choices that require your explicit decision.

Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory rules protecting users in other jurisdictions. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court determined by law, preserving consumers' right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence, where applicable.
